By accessing or using Contenity ("Service"), including our website and Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Contenity is a content organization platform that allows users to:

• Save and organize posts from social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok)
• Access saved content through a web-based dashboard
• Export saved content in various formats
• Use our Chrome extension for one-click content saving

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Contenity only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Save content that violates the terms of service of the originating platforms
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond our Chrome extension
• Share your API keys or account credentials with others

5. Chrome Extension

Our Chrome extension operates by:

• Accessing publicly available content on supported social media platforms
• Extracting post content, author information, and engagement metrics
• Sending saved content to your Contenity account via secure API
• Storing your API key locally in Chrome's secure storage

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the extension complies with the terms of service of each social media platform.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you save through Contenity. However, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for providing the Service.

Third-Party Content: Content saved from social media platforms remains subject to the original creator's rights and the platform's terms of service. You are responsible for respecting these rights.

Our Service: Contenity and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MVP Foundry SLU and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data Export and Account Termination

You may export your data at any time in CSV or JSON format. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• We will delete your account data within 30 days
• You remain responsible for any activities that occurred under your account

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
• Suspend accounts that violate these Terms

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AS IS BASIS: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, MVP Foundry SLU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law
